Where is The Kingdom of God Located?
Primarily, let us take note that there are two meanings of God’s words in the Bible, which are literal and spiritual. In fact, our Lord Jesus Christ spoken, and we can read on the book of John 6:63;
“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing, the words that I
speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”
Christ said, “the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”
In other words, they are “spiritual,” and they are “literal.”
In this article, let us find out the spiritual meaning and the literal location of the Kingdom of God.
Spiritual Meaning
In the book of Mathew 6:33 it says;
“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all
these things shall be added unto you.”
From that verse, the Kingdom of God denotes “righteousness,” right?
And so on, let us find another fact.
In the book of Romans 14:17 declared;
“For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.”
According to Apostle Paul from that verse, the kingdom of God is “righteousness,” “peace,” and “joy in the Holy Ghost.”
As we may have noticed, the kingdom of God is within the heart of every believer, as stated by Christ Jesus on the book of Luke 17:20-21; let us read:
20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, “The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.”
Literal Meaning
Now, let us seek to determine the literal location of the Kingdom of God.
In the book of Luke 23:39 to 43 ( NIV ) it says;
39 One of the criminals who were hanged railed at him, saying, “Are you not the Christ? Save yourself and us!”
40 But the other rebuked him, saying, “Do you not fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation?
41 And we indeed justly; for we are receiving the due reward of our deeds; but this man has done nothing wrong.”
42 And he said, “Jesus, remember me, when you come into your kingdom.”
43 And he said to him, “Truly, I say to you, today, you will be with me in Paradise.”
Let us take note, the later criminal asked,
“Jesus, remember me, when you come into your kingdom.”
And Jesus answered him, “Truly I say to you,
Today, you will be with me in Paradise.”
As we may have noticed,
The “kingdom” that a criminal mentioned is pertaining to a place, and when Jesus answered, “Today, you will be with me in Paradise,” imply that “kingdom” and “paradise” are one, and same place.
Therefore, kingdom, is also called paradise!
In other words; kingdom of God is same as Paradise of God, agrees?
Is there anything in the Bible that says Paradise of God?
Let us read Revelation 2:7 ( KJV );
“He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh, will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.”
Have we got that?
Undoubtedly, has a Paradise of God.
But the question, where is it located?
Let us read 2 Corinthians 12:2 and 4, Apostle Paul declared;
2 “I know a man in Christ, who fourteen years ago, was caught up to the third heaven. Whether it was in the body, or out of the body, I do not know, God knows.
4 Was caught up to paradise, and heard inexpressible things, things that no one is permitted to tell.”
Again, let us take note, when Apostle Paul caught up
to the third heaven, also, he indicated “paradise.”
Meaning, paradise is located in the third heaven.
Therefore, for clarification; the “Kingdom of God,” or “Paradise of God,” located in the third heaven.
Hoping we’ve got the point!
